Job Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customer for flat/housing projects.
  • Develop new clients for selling of new properties and maintain good relationship with prospective new clients/developers/agents.
  • Manage Direct Sales, Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activities for residential real estate projects.
  • Prepare Plan for monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them within a given time frame.
  • Oversee the sales activities in a particular Zone.
  • Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
  • Design Sales programs for assigned team members.
  • Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis.
  • Daily Report Management

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputed university
  • Excellent academic background (no second/third division in academic career)

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
