Job Responsibilities
- Identify potential customer for flat/housing projects.
- Develop new clients for selling of new properties and maintain good relationship with prospective new clients/developers/agents.
- Manage Direct Sales, Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activities for residential real estate projects.
- Prepare Plan for monthly & quarterly sales targets and executing them within a given time frame.
- Oversee the sales activities in a particular Zone.
- Accelerate action plan to identify potential market/ clients along with new sales opportunity.
- Design Sales programs for assigned team members.
- Carry out competitive Sales Study, Market Survey and Business Analysis.
- Daily Report Management
- MBA in Marketing from a reputed university
- Excellent academic background (no second/third division in academic career)
- 1 to 3 year(s)
- Age 24 to 35 years
- Both males and females are allowed to apply
- Must have experience in residential property sales (flat/ apartment/ house)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel & Powerpoint)
- Fluency in English both written & oral
